1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is no later than 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleanings are in charge of all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on the balcony, roof terrace or in other common areas (e.g. corridors).

3. Violations of the smoking ban within the flat or building will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number of guests stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.

6. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, remotes or other items.

8. Music and TV are only allowed at room volume after 10pm.

9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us. Upon check-out, the cleaning company will provide us with a report on the condition of the property. In case of items damaged, with proof and evidence, we are entitled to charge for repair/replacement up to 500 EUR.

10. Guests are obliged to wear a mouth-nose covering in public areas (corridors, staircases) as well as entrance areas. In these areas, a minimum distance of 1.5m from other persons must be maintained.

12. The booking of a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to respect the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
